My intention is to offer a wide variety of options for teacher trainings seeking to ramp up their anatomy sections to ultimately improve the caliber of yoga teachers all over the world — via in-person teaching, online yoga anatomy teaching, consulting on your manual, providing anatomy sections for your TT manual, as well as more deluxe well-rounded package options.

All packages include (minimum 4 hours teaching time):
buddha happy– Use of my name, credentials, bio and image for use in marketing your TT
– For all packages, please provide at least 2 months in advance: Simple contract including dates and approximate teaching times (template provided)
– For all packages that do not include a manual, please provide at least 1 month in advance: Paper copy of the anatomy section of your manual from which I will teach OR a copy of the book to be as anatomy reference during teaching

In-person teaching is available in greater Washington, DC. Outside of these locales, please be prepared to cover travel, room and per diem in addition to training fees.

A sample weekend of in-person teaching might look like this:

partner demo pic– 12 hours experiential anatomy lecture utilizing discussion, demos, visual aids (such as video, images, 3D models, etc), kinesthetic learning, small group and individual reflection time
– a variety of topics that can be tailored for your training (including but not limited to: joints, bones, muscles, fascia, language of movement, common pathologies, biomechancial challenges and variations, adjustments, reflexes, asana break-throughs, nervous system physiology, parallels between eastern and western medical traditions)
– 1 or 2 1.5 hour hatha yoga classes taught by Ariele (incorporating language and insights from lecture)
– Addressing real life challenges in various poses (yours/your trainees) – and creating breakthroughs that help trainees reduce pain, discomfort and find new freedom in asana

Basic: In-person teaching; Per hour rate

– Cost: simple hourly fee for trainings in certain DC-area zip codes
– Manual: does not include a manual
– Marketing: Your teacher training will be listed on my website

Deluxe package: In-person teaching and then some

– Costs: varies, please inquire at ariele@sacredsourceyoga.com
– Includes up to 20 hours in-person teaching (per the needs of your training)
– Manual: 20+ page manual insert (digital copy, which may be shared with students electronically and/or printed and inserted into your TT manual)
Bonus learning resources:
– Multiple choice quiz (20 questions) for student learning assessment
– Anatomic models utilized (i.e. shoulder, hip, knee, ankle/foot) for hands-on learning during teaching sessions135
– Students will have access to private curated list of additional reading
Customization:
– Please provide special requests (pose genres, etc) to be included in the manual insert and/or covered during teaching
Marketing: Your teacher training listed on my website AND multiple (= or >3) mentions on social media / personal newsletters

Minimum / Per student rates

For new teacher trainings and/or for studios hosting TT modules like workshops (allowing non-trainees to join for the portion of TT)
Costs:
– Minimum rate (please email to inquire) plus additional per trainee rate (above a certain #) per hour of teaching (helping to distribute the risk in case of low sign-up numbers) AND
– Drop-in rate split 70/30 Teacher/Studio for non-trainee students, if applicable

Manual Only 

– Flat rate for 20+ page manual with text, image and hyperlinks, provided in PDF format.

Tele-presence / Tele-teaching

– Costs: per hour or per package. Please email ariele@sacredsourceyoga.com

Coaching and Consulting for Teacher Trainers

– Includes: thorough review of relevant manual portions, including but not limited to: anatomy, asana, adjustments sections
– Written report including suggested additions, modifications to existing manual
– Option to review or provide learning assessment (quiz)
– 1 hour tele-coaching to cover questions about manual report, general knowledge gaps that trainers want to fill in
